Ammanford AFC’s game against Connah’s Quay Nomads will be broadcast live on the BBC.
The fixture will be the second match in a new three-year, 20-game-per-season broadcasting deal between the BBC and the Novira Cymru Premier.
The game will see two-time former Welsh champions and UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers Connah’s Quay Nomads make the long trip to South Wales.
Led by 34-year-old John Disney, the Reds impressed in their first season under his management, securing a second-place finish.
The game will be broadcast live on the BBC Sport website and BBC iPlayer at 12:30pm on Saturday, August 22. The fixture was originally scheduled to take place on a Friday night.
Ammanford AFC Chairman Rob Thomas said, “It’s a great chance to showcase our football club and our town to a wide audience from all over the world.
“We want to build on the momentum we generated at the Colwyn Bay game and hope that the people of our area will come out and back the side in numbers, as they did last Friday.”
